Conference weekend

This last weekend was pretty crazy and awesome at the same time haha. We started off the weekend having my first multi zone conference. It was so fun and I learned so much. We were with 4 different zones at this conference and they were all from the North. We had my zone (tuxpan), papantla, Poza Rica, and palmas. Also the mission president and his wife and the aps. So was alot of people there and if was very fun haha. Met alot of New missionaries and heard some great lessons and ate Lots of american food haha. But the Best part was speaking English with the other americans haha, it feels so good to understand what you are hearing and talking about you have no idea. But don't worry my Spanish is Still comin along very well haha.

But other than that we also had general conference woot woot! Too bad I didnt understand half of what they were saying so I have to watch all the talks over again in English haha, Lucky me. But one thing I loved about it was the talk on temples by president Nelson. I realized how important temples are in our lives, it should be our goal in life to always stay worthy to go to the temple. Keep it as our foundation in life, as president Nelson said. I miss the temple so much! I cant wait to go back in 2 years! The temple brings so much Joy in my life, if you have time to go to the temple, do it! There is no temple close enough to my mission that I can go to right now.

One interesting thing that happened to me this week was when we were with our investigator family. Apparently they like to play with like mini fireworks here so, and how they play is basically dodgeball, but instead it's with these little fireworks that explode and make sparks. So yeah it was kinda scary but I had fun throwing fireworks at my companion. Not gonna lie it was basically a stress reliever, a dangerous stress reliever haha, so fun. Don't worry nothing caught Fire... yet, might have to play it again sometime.
