Elder Jack Raymond July 2021- July 2023

  Whattup everybodyyyyyyyy Soooo sorry that i've been flakey with the email this past week, every pday is Just so exciting that i never have any time to Write an email, but we'll see if i can figure out something to say haha. Well i think the most important thing is that we have 2 baptismal dates put in!! One, his name is Abel and I can't really tell with him yet, he kind of Just says yes to everything so it was kinda easy to put in the date haha, but i also don't know how much he's actually learned from us also, we taught him literally like everything we can and he Just goes along with it, so we'll see. He is a ranchero and is always talking about his ranch and his cows and horses, its kinda funny, he's obsessed with his work haha, when we asked him to be baptized the first thing he said was "you can baptize me in my rancho!"   Hey guys whats up, had a crazy week Its a lot of work, first time being senior comp, im still getting used to it all. Its honestly going alot better than I was thinking it was goin to go, and my comp is great too, we get along very nicely, but we probably speak english like a lot more than we probably should be doin but, meh, I wont get this chance alot down here hahaha. And all im sayin is that it would be super sick if 2 gringos who dont know spanish all so well had the chance to baptize! So we need your prayers haha, but I know we can do it! Its now christmas time, and cerro azul is gettin pretty lit. Lets just say that our house is gettin pretty festive right now haha. We spent a pretty penny on some christmas decorations for the casa, but im not ashamed, it was totally worth it, now it wont be a boring christmas haha.   Another transfer just flew by haha, this one felt wayyyy faster than the other one though in my opinion.  But this transfer should be verrryyyy interesting ill tell you that, im not sure how i feel about it hahaha, there are some exciting things and some scary things. First of all im staying in cerro azul, pretty happy about that because i get to keep teaching some of our amazing investigators, and hopefully baptize them!! And the scary part is that i got a New companion, his name is Elder Evans, and yep hes american, but not only that, hes from my generation of missionaries! So that means we got 2 gringos Who dont know spanish too too well trying to preach the gospel in cerro azul, but not only that, they decided to make me senior companion!! But not only that, we are basically gettin a brand New zone as well because everyone left haha. We had 5 out of our 10 leave and now are gettin 9 different missionaries put in our zone!!   Hola buenos días  This email is going to be a lil shorter because i didnt have as much time to write it this week, thats my fault haha, i was having a good time eating too much pizza and drinking too much Coke  This week was kinda slow in the beginning but it picked up about halfway through. We found 3 New People to teach! So that made me pretty happy. Transfers are next week though, so thats exciting, this transfer i feel like went wayyyyyy faster than my first one haha, i dont know why, but this next Transfer im finished with my tranining!! So Who knows what will happen! And to finish off just some of my updates. My spanish skills are pretty good by now, i can understand almost everything People are saying unless there is a word they throw in that i dont know that throws me off. And im pretty good at speaking, im just trying to work on my grammar a little better now, little by little its getting better by studies and through faith and prayer!! Just a Quick power scrup...
